Individualized, Person-Centered Support

Working with members and their support coordinators, we develop goals that encourage independence and growth. We recognize that every member's interests, abilities, and needs are different, and that a meaningful adult life looks different for everyone.

Our goal is for every member to feel valued, supported, and an essential part of their community.

DDD Funding
